Very recommended.

The location is really really good, very central, we hardly took the subway, mainly went on foot. Also the terrace is wonderful, specially on sunny days :)

The only thing we thought would make this apartment better would be an extra toilet - when you're a family of 4 and the shower/toilet is in the same room it can - sometimes - cause a stress :) But other than that - a super great place.

It was really good that Ricardo met us. He was waiting for us in spite of our delay at the airport and explained things well. The location is excellent, the space in the rooms, kitchen and apartment overall were good and the terrace is fantastic. Ricardo was immediately responsive when the wind blew the pilot light for the hot water system out - he came out and fixed it in the evening. I would definitely book this apartment again.

Two of us like to sleep with fresh air so we had the doors open; unfortunately this resulted in mosquitoes coming in each night and disturbing our sleep. The apartment was too hot to sleep with doors closed. The water in the shower was very difficult to get settled on a temperature - we had great very hot water and great very cold water but it was hard to get it right. The apartment could have had a more thorough cleaning.

DO NOT TRUST THE OWNER

The owner tried to blackmail me before giving back the iPad I forgot. See below. Nothing can compensate that.

The appointment was at 2pm, the host showed up at 3.50 pm, the appartment was not prepared and finally I moved in at 5.30pm. 3 1/2 hours in the street for utterly disrespectful reception. Then at the check out, the host chose not to come. I forgot my iPad. When I asked where I could collect it, the host wanted 200Euros as "participation in the cleaning fees" (!), although 40E cleaning fees were included in the price. He refused to meet to explain. I ENDED UP TO GO TO THE POLICE WHO THEN CALLED THE OWNER TO GIVE MY IPAD BACK.

Great location, there's a supermarket right next to the apartment as well as many restaurants. Ricardo, the owner, met us when we arrived and showed us everything, he was very nice. The apartment is big and the balcony was even bigger than we thought.
